Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy; This means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.

In order to be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, and in its original packaging, as it is underwear.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Products returned to us without a refund request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item so we can assess and correct the problem.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

 

European Union 14-day waiting period

Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags and in its original packaging.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
