What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. We currently do not accept PayPal or American Express.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom and Canada for most products. Express shipping takes 3-4 days, Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. For the Rest of the World, shipping is paid by the customer and delivery time is shown before checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, use the tracking number from your shipment update email on our Track Your Order page.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.
